The Washington, D.C. Alumnae Foundation, Incorporated (WDCAF) is a philanthropic advocate supporting community programs and projects for youth, the elderly, and families in the District of Columbia. WDCAF has a rich history of providing funding to community service programs aimed at improving the quality of life for citizens in the area.
