The National Odometer and Title Fraud Enforcement Association (NOTFEA) is a non-profit organization established to protect consumers from odometer and title fraud. Since its inception in 1980, NOTFEA has provided training and resources aimed at detecting and prosecuting odometer-related crimes, advocating for consumer protection, and collaborating with various stakeholders including law enforcement and regulatory agencies.
