The National Federation of the Blind of Maryland (NFBMD) is the Maryland state affiliate of the National Federation of the Blind, dedicated to raising the expectations of blind individuals and providing them with the skills and opportunities necessary to lead independent lives. Through advocacy, community support, and a variety of programs, NFBMD strives for the full integration and participation of blind people in society.
