    Rapid Re-Housing Program

    Rapid Re-Housing Program

    Rapid re-housing provides youth with a lease in their own name in the housing of their choice. Youth receive a tailored rent subsidy for up to two years along with comprehensive case management, empowering them to transition from homelessness to stability.

    Direct Cash Transfers

    Direct Cash Transfers

    Through the Direct Cash Transfers program, Point Source Youth staff distribute cash to youth either remotely or safely in person. The cash distribution is tailored to each youth's needs and is supplemented with optional support programs, including higher education and career counseling.

    Host Homes Initiative

    Host Homes Initiative

    Short-term host homes provide an affirming, safe space for youth to stay for 1-6 months with a well-screened and well-matched mentor within their community. This program offers a vital bridge for youth transitioning out of homelessness.
