The African Aquatic Conservation Fund (AACF) was created to address the severe declines in African manatee, cetacean, turtle, and tortoise species across the African continent. It focuses on research, conservation, and educational outreach efforts to preserve poorly studied aquatic species and their habitats, partnering with local communities, scientists, and governments.
