Mission
The Foundation for Safer Athletic Fields for Everyone (SAFE) is the charity of the Sports Field Management Association (SFMA). Founded in 2000, SAFE provides funding for research, educational programs, and scholarships focused on improving the sports field profession. The organization aims to facilitate safe and environmentally friendly athletic fields, contributing to the well-being of athletes of all ages and abilities.
