Founded in 2012, Galveston's Own Farmers Market is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting our community to local foods through year-round weekly farmers markets, food access programming, school gardens and health & food education opportunities. The organization aims to stimulate public interest in consuming local farm products, provide local farmers a place to sell, and enhance the community's quality of life.
