Real Industry is a non-profit organization dedicated to educating, inspiring, and empowering individuals on matters related to race. We create programs that assist educators, students, and industry professionals to support people of color in thriving in academia and their careers. Our initiatives are designed to build confidence and competence in addressing race-related issues encountered in workplaces and classrooms.
