Mission
FoCo Cafe is a nonprofit organization that operates as a pay-what-you-can café. Our primary goal is to provide healthy and delicious meals to all individuals in Fort Collins, irrespective of their financial capacity. We support community involvement, sustainability, and volunteerism by sourcing local ingredients and offering a unique dining experience where patrons can either pay it forward or volunteer for their meals.
