The Multicultural Health Foundation (MHF) is dedicated to addressing health disparities in multicultural communities within San Diego County. By uniting social and clinical services, MHF promotes wellness through innovative community-based strategies and partnerships aimed at improving healthcare access and quality for those most vulnerable.
