Mission
The Philadelphia Area Cooperative Alliance (PACA) is a co-op of co-ops that works to support worker co-ops, food co-ops, housing co-ops, artist co-ops, credit unions, energy co-ops, and school co-ops across the Philadelphia region. PACA is dedicated to building a cooperative economy that is democratic, equitable, and focused on community needs.
