Project Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization established in 2001, dedicated to providing essential services to adults with and without disabilities. Our programs include Adult Family Home Services, Single Room Occupancy Services, Supportive Home Care Services, and Transition Planning Services aimed at fostering independence and improving quality of life for our clients.
