The National Local Technical Assistance Program Association (NLTAPA) is a not-for-profit organization that facilitates the sharing of best practices among Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP) and Tribal Technical Assistance Program (TTAP) centers. Founded in 1991, it collaborates with a network of centers to enhance professional capacity, promote safety, and support innovation to better serve rural and tribal transportation needs across the nation.
