SOAR is a community organization dedicated to the advocacy and promotion of the Streeterville neighborhood in Chicago. Since its incorporation in 1975, SOAR has worked to conserve the area's historic character while ensuring that the voices of residents are heard in local development discussions. The organization aims to enhance community engagement, safety, and sustainable practices within Streeterville.
