The National Domestic Workers Alliance is committed to advocate for the dignity, rights, and recognition of domestic workers. It aims to transform the domestic work sector through organizing, policy advocacy, cultural change, and voter mobilization, focusing on the unique challenges faced by this largely female workforce, which is predominantly made up of women of color and immigrants.
