Founded in 1920, the Military Order of the Cootie (MOC) operates as a nonprofit Veterans Service Organization associated with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Its mission is to uplift the spirits of hospitalized veterans and assist in the care of their families, primarily through the establishment of social programs, fundraising, and volunteer work.
