The Queer Big Apple Corps, previously known as the Lesbian & Gay Big Apple Corps, is a musical organization based in New York City. Founded in 1979, it has grown to become NYC’s premier symphonic and marching band, welcoming over 250 musicians and members. The corps aims to provide a platform for artistic expression within the LGBTQ+ community and its allies, fostering social acceptance and equality through music and performance.
