Founded in 1995, Leeway is Connecticut’s first and only free-standing nursing center focused exclusively on individuals with HIV/AIDS. Leeway provides a continuum of care, including skilled nursing, residential services, independent housing units, and community case management. Our mission is centered around providing high-quality healthcare initiatives that promote wellness and recovery in a supportive environment for individuals affected by HIV/AIDS.
