(hereafter referred to as uhs hospitals), is a not-for-profit provider of health care services and is part of an integrated health care delivery system serving new york's southern tier and surrounding areas. uhs hospitals fulfills its mission by working together with the community, physicians, and other health care providers to continuously improve the availability and quality of services.
