NGO Committee on the Status of Women, NY (or NGO CSW/NY) is a convener of global civil society for the annual UN CSW and global gender equality advocacy. We are a coalition of NGOs, civil society organizations, and individuals concerned with gender equality and the rights and empowerment of women and girls. Through our annual NGO CSW Forum, advocacy with UN Member States, information sharing with our community, and youth engagement, we work to bridge the gap between global civil society, grassroots organizations, and the official UN Commission on the Status of Women process in New York.
