The Connecticut Immigrant & Refugee Coalition (CIRC) is a non-partisan, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Hartford, CT. Founded in 1996, CIRC serves Connecticut’s diverse immigrant and refugee population through advocacy, resources, and direct support, building a more equitable community through grassroots efforts and collaboration with partner organizations.
