The pregnancy help center is a medical facility offering services free of charge to women at risk for abortion in the mahoning valley. services include pregnancy testing, limited ultrasound, parenting classes, post-abortion recovery and education on abortion risks, fetal development, adoption, and material services such as diapers and equipment.
