NEXT Village SF is a 501c3 nonprofit organization founded in 2009. Our name stands for Northeast Exchange Team, and our Village has always been committed to the principles of teamwork and exchange in all that we do. Our mission is to provide residents of San Francisco’s northeast corner with the confidence and practical means to live safely and comfortably in their homes and in their community as they age. To do this, NEXT Village promotes better health, fosters an active lifestyle and fights social isolation among the large and growing 60+ demographic in northeast San Francisco. We know that better physical and mental health result from the increased community interaction and personalized support available to members of our Village.
