To provide public and financial support for the prevention and treatment of child abuse in northeastern oregon.

The pendleton round-up foundation and pendleton round-up holdings, llc, a wholly owned subsidiary of the foundation contributes to various educational, research, and community activities in the local and surrounding areas. special events are organized to collect donations that will go towards other non-profits such as the justin cowboy crisis fund that provides support to severely injured rodeo contestants. in addition to supporting area activities through contributions, the foundation also loans personal property to the community to facilitate an annual commemoration depicting life of the early explorers and native americans in the 1800's.

The foundation supports the objectives of the blue mountain community college district. the foundations mission statement is to foster relationships that provide opportunities to support students,programs,and capital projects at blue mountain community college.

Supervise, counsel, and assist adolescents between the ages of 12 and 18 who are in the custody of the state of oregon and provide alternative residential care for youth who would otherwise be placed in a detention or state school.
