The pendleton linebackers club's primary purpose is to ensure continued success of the pendleton high school football program through fundraising efforts, and to award scholarships to high school senior football players who exemplify high performance and leadership standards. the club also honors past phs players through induction into the buckaroo football hall of fame.

To identify, preserve, and develop for educational purposes the history of tollgate, or, the site of an early toll gate and toll road across the blue mountains in eastern oregon.

To support the state of oregon - department of fish and wildlife (odf&w) and the confederated tribes of the umatilla indian reservation (confederated tribes - ctuir)in their wildlife mitigation and habitat restoration programs and projects.
