Grove city high school choir boosters is a 501(c)(3) qualified non-profit organization. all monies and activities are solely for the use, benefit and promotion of the gchs choral program. leadership of the organization is comprised of an executive board with elected executive officers. the organization exists for three (3) purposes: to promote the interests and activities of the grove city high school choral department, or gchs choral department/program. to communicate and organize the activities of gchs choir booster members, by encouraging teamwork, and cooperation with the gchs choral director(s), for the sole purpose of serving and supporting the students of the gchs choral program, and to provide moral, financial, logistical, and personnel support to all events and activities of the gchs choral department. to organize and conduct fundraising opportunities and events for the purpose of financing curricular and co-curricular activities of the gchs choral department, including but no

Provide assistance to the aged by the operation of a low cost retirement complex (see sched. o) providing housing for retired members and surviving spouses of the fraternal order of eagles to preserve the financial security and physical and mental health of the residents. eagle village shall have an established policy of maintaining residents who become unable to pay, thereby lessening the burdens of government. this corporation may also engage in other charitable, educational and scientific activities defined in section 501(c)(3), internal revenue service code of 1954 as amended.

The eagles memorial foundation was formed by the grand aerie fraternal order of (see sched. o) eagles to honor members who gave their life in service to their country or employer. the eagles memorial foundation is an affiliate of the grand aerie fraternal order of eagles. a 501(c)(3) organization as determined by the irs, the organization is part of a fraternal order, the earnings of which are devoted exclusively to charitable, scientific and educational purposes. the distributions made by the foundation include amounts given to member's survivors for medical and educational needs and support of the eagle charities for administrative and operating expenses.
