The specific purpose for which the corporation is organized is to teach and preach the gospel to all people, conduct evangelistic activities, license and ordain ministers of the gospel, provide religious, charitable, and humanitarian services, support foreign missions, and to also engage in activities which are necessary, suitable or convenient for the accomplishment of that purpose, or which are incidental thereto or connected therewith which are consistent with section 501(3) of the internal revenue code. this corporation is organized and operated exclusively for religious purposes within the meaning of section 501(3), internal revenue code.

Organization takes in animals that have not been provided appropriate care or are special needs and provides veterinary services and rehabilitates them so they can be adopted. also provides education to the public about special needs animals

Organization raises funds by engaging in various fund raising activities including concession stands, team fundraisers, athletic camps, 50/50 raffle, and other events primarily to provide financial support for the grove city high school student athletes and coaches uniforms, equipment, facility improvements, various athletic development programs and scholarships for selected athletes based on merits.
