United way of mat-su's core purpose is positive community impact focusing on the building blocks for a good community: education, income and health. we envision a community where compassion and generosity is valued and all individuals and families thrive. our mission is to mobilize and empower the caring community of the mat-su, while improving the self-reliance of individual's lives in measurable and lasting ways.
