Mission

Kings mountain associated parents (kmap) is an all-volunteer nonprofit organization that coordinates and represents parents and caregivers of students at kings mountain elementary school (kmes) to maintain long-term success for this distinguished school. kmap raises funds for enrichment programs & promotes an advanced learning environment at kmes. it serves as a vehicle of communication and collaboration between school families, school staff, the coastside and kings mountain communities, other cusd schools, cabrillo education foundation, external education initiatives and the cabrillo unified school district (cusd) district office and administration. funds secured by kmap are distributed for the educational and enrichment needs of the students.
