Mission
Uplift Literacy is a Miami-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that believes literacy is the cornerstone to lifelong success. We partner with schools and after school programs in historically marginalized communities to empower children with the necessary literacy skills and resources to read proficiently by the end of 3rd grade, which is a significant indicator of a child’s future educational development.
