The Utah Highway Patrol Association (UHPA) is dedicated to the support and welfare of the men and women of the Utah Highway Patrol, their families, and the citizens of Utah. The association advocates for uniformed officers, provides representation in legislative matters, and offers assistance to the families of fallen officers.
