To provide a facility so that there are opportunities for young atheletes to practice and maintain a more professional level of athletic performance. this level of performance can provide opportunities for scholarships allowing them to further academic credentials and become educated contributors to their communities. the complex is easily accessible from the nearby internstate and highway.
