Based on the community health needs assessment for the city of harrisonurg and rockingham county in virginia, the blue ridge free clinic has developed an array of programs and services designed to focus on the community's three top priority needs that are especially urgent for the most vulnerable and health-insecure members of the local community: 1. access to primary medcial care and health-care realted services 2. access to behavioral health services 3. chronci disease prevention and management
