Mission
Superstition Search and Rescue (SSAR) has been serving the community for over three decades, primarily focusing on wilderness search and rescue, while also providing a Community Emergency Response Team (CERT). SSAR operates under the direction of the Apache Junction Police Department and responds to emergency situations, aiding in the location of missing persons and offering disaster assistance.
