The Small City Resource Institute is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports small municipalities, primarily in Iowa, but also in neighboring states like Nebraska and Missouri. We provide essential services, scholarships for new public service workers, and a variety of programs aimed at enhancing the administrative and legal capacities of small towns.
