Mission

The organization was formed for the purpose of planning, building, owning, and operating housing, community residences, and residential facilities for the housing, care, maintenance, and well-being of persons with disabilities, and low and moderate income individuals, and all buildings actually owned, leased, or used in the work of the corporation, for the moral and mental improvement of men, women, and children.
