Mission

Purposes shall be (i) to foster community improvement, nurture philanthropy, provide service to the benefit of area citizens, improve education, and support the development of community leaders in the parker, colorado area; and (ii) to encourage active participation in social, commercial, civic, governmental, and industrial improvement. the corporation may further engage in any lawful act or activity for which nonprofit corporations may be organized under the colorado revised nonprofit corporation act. to enable the corporation to carry out such purposes, it shall have the power to do any and all lawful acts and to engage in any and all lawful activities, directly or indirectly, alone or in conjunction with others, that may be necessary, proper, or suitable for the attainment of any of the purposes for which the corporation is organized.
