Houston Legal Aid Center (HLAC) is dedicated to delivering pro bono and reduced-cost legal services to low-income individuals in Houston, offering assistance to over 1,500 individuals since its establishment in 2015. HLAC focuses on addressing civil legal needs for those who cannot afford adequate legal representation.
