Mission
The Chicago Latino Caucus Foundation (CLCF) was founded by the Chicago City Council Latino Caucus to serve as a vehicle for improving access to higher education through scholarships, internships, and mentoring opportunities for Chicago's Latino youth. The Foundation aims to create a pipeline of future Latino leaders through its Leadership Academy and various educational programs.
