Mission

The organization provides and administers a property and casualty insurance program pursuant to pennsylvania statutory authority for the benefit of its participants, government entities, at the lowest possible cost and strives to reduce the frequency and amount of losses, minimize the costs incurred by participants in the handling and litigation of claims, and to protect participants from the volatility of the commerical insurance market.
