Organized exclusively for charitable, literary and educational purposes, including assisting in national disaster relief programs for india by making gifts to charitable and governmental entities demonstrably qualified to receive such gifts, and making gifts to one or more special schools in india that provide help for children suffering from downes syndrome as well as to organizations helping blind persons and other persons suffering from serious disabilities in india.
