Women of tomorrow is about women helping women and in an initial study showed a statistically significant improvement in the selft-esteem of the young girls participating. research show that women of tomorrow mentees have increased self-esteem, a 92% high school graduation rate, and increased academic performance (gpa) each year they are in the program, to a statistically significant degree. mentees have a 95% graduate rate. women of tomorrow currently mentors 2,542 at-risk young women in 116 public high schools with 42 cities in broward, miami-dade and palm beach county with its network of approximately 350 mentors. women of tomorrow has awarded over $3.7 million in scholarships to 1,413 mentees. 2,542 individuals were served.
