Mission

In 2022 north carolina farmworkers' project (ncfp) reached 4982 farmworkers with services. we provided enabling services (including health assessments, health education, case management, interpretation, transportation and/or linkage to resources during 8446 enabling encounters with these patients. we also provided 1033 primary medical care visits. we facilitated access to dental appointments for 303 patients, providing interpretations, transportation and case management as needed. we also facilitated behavioral health care for 42 patients.
