For over seven decades, AAI has bridged Africa and its diaspora to catalyze a more sustainable and equitable world through a transcontinental, multifaceted approach. Its programs span four impact pillars: Liberatory Education, Community Building, Global Healing and Repair, and Economic Sovereignty. Since its founding in 1953, AAI has provided over 23,000 scholarships and fellowships to Africans.
