(new solutions) provides government agencies experienced workers, age 55 years and older, using cost-effective, flexible, innovative and contemporary staffing options.new solutions has increased opportunities for experienced workers through the administration of federal grants for the u.s. environmental protection agency; u.s. department of agriculture's natural resource conservation service, u.s. forest service, and research, education and economics; u.s. department of the interior's bureau of land management, national park service and fish and wildlife service; and the department of labor.
