Mission

As a cooperative community effort, nesap serves carroll county, maryland residents in need. the objective is to extend a helping hand, to coordinate community resourses involving service organizations, agencies, businesses and christain churches; to find solutions that respond to the total range of needs, emphasizing a systemic approach to help break the cycle of poverty; and to restore dignity and hope to those served.
