Mission
Founded in 1965, the glenview history center's mission is to pre3serve the cultural heritge of glenview by preserving the historic 1864 farmhouse as a museum and operating the history library with its impressive collection of histoic documents relative to the community and surrounding region, thereby providing the public an opportunity to better appreciate the lifestyle of the area's early settlers and/or pursue and/or research a trove of historical data about the greater glenview/chicago area
