Viability, inc. is a non-profit human services agency which provides employment, job training and placement, skill building, and other community-based services focused on empowerment and inclusion for people with disabilities or disadvantages. our staff in combination with our employer and community partners, serve 4,000 individuals annually with operations in massachusetts, connecticut, new york, oklahoma, and rhode island. our program models include community-based day and rehabilitation; supported living; clubhouses; transportation services; and a variety of pre-employment/employment programs. upholding respect and dignity and honoring individuals' choice are a universal practice. viability partners with over 850 employers to support employment opportunities for our program members and grow disability inclusive practices with employ.
