Mission

FPC Action Foundation (FPCAF) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to advocating for natural rights that encompass the right to keep and bear arms, as well as adjacent issues such as freedom of speech and due process. The foundation utilizes strategic litigation, education, and research to pursue its mission. It partners with Firearms Policy Coalition to spearhead public interest legal initiatives regarding Second Amendment rights.
