Columbus Next Generation Corporation (NextGen) was created in 2012 to revitalize core neighborhoods in Columbus, Ohio. Through identifying underutilized properties and securing control of them, NextGen develops master plans, conducts feasibility studies, and solicits community input. This allows for successful redevelopment aimed at improving local economies and providing essential services to the community.
